Eating meat on the bone (wings) while watching people talk about bones! Seattle’s Burke Museum opened its Cruisin' the Fossil Coastline exhibit via Zoom this evening with a fun peak into the gallery led by the exhibit curators, friends, and literal paleo rockstars, Paleontologist Dr. Kirk Johnson (Sant Director of the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History) and Ray Troll (Alaskan artist).

Decorating the tree only took three days…legendary lights that didn’t light, a power outage, and two trips to the drug store for more:)

First appointment of the day to avoid the crowds and we drove away with a bold and beautiful Blue Noble Fir that just fits in the living room.

No, we’re not filming a sitcom:) But we did decorate real live tree toppers with marshmallow garlands and s’mores ornaments so that Meryl’s and Holmes’ shared tree matches Grandpa’s!
