Not every character could sign their journals, and…who cares, it’s Lightning McQueen! KACHOW!

Meryl’s favorite of them all, Raya!
We learned from Raya that Tuk Tuk’s favorite food is churros. So we had to get churros!
Choosing ‘ears’ is a personal journey. Ultimately, Meryl chose the path of bravery with her Ahsoka ears and wore them proudly each day…complimenting her pins collection, which she happily built while seeking out trading opportunities wherever she could.
I don’t think the kids stopped moving the whole time we were in Disneyland. Thank goodness we got a booth at this restaurant as they would have repeatedly fallen off chairs. (Stay tuned, pictures of the rides are coming. There were so many!)
Cold and windy, and these kids are champs. Humbao too.
I always do it, and I’m always thankful…because at the end of the day, when we’re cold and worn out, we knew these smiles are how we started!
And that’s a wrap to the season! We rushed off the mountain to the court for defensive jumping jacks and celebration doughnuts.
Cousins unite yet again! Elliot, Dylan, and McKenzie stopped by and I think we are near our socialization goal of introducing Humbao to 100 people by the time he’s three-months old…he’s ten-weeks old today! (Walking up to school drop-offs has been quite helpful.)
With improving weather and basketball fever, we started shooting hoops at our neighbor’s basketball hoop last week. It’s so fun to practice on the block!
Meryl uncovered my old winter jacket in the garage and decided it was the perfect layer to wear while practicing. (I remember the faux sweater insert being so cool.)
Lola got into the fun today! After all, Humbao will only be pickupable for so long:)
Holmes and I took this picture at the top of the mountain last weekend when he wanted to take an extra run, and I’ve been looking at it ever since:) These moments are…such great moments!
What day! I had so much fun photobombing the kids during their lessons on the BIG chairlift(!) while Frank and Humbao strolled the parking lot:) Holmes even wanted to go on another run afterwards (yay!), and then his legs became jello and he scored a lucky lift down the hill between my legs…just like old times.
