Elsa has emerged from her castle! Courtesy of a friend’s suite of accessories, we have a cape. Gloves from the winter box. Dress from Grandpa. Sparkly pink pen on her cheeks, and gobs of chapstick on her lips. She’s downright magical.

The hair salon has opened yet again! This time, we have a new stylist…and the seasoned professional is taking it easy. Gotta give it up for young energy:)
Is it a pool? Is it a gym? We are getting the most out of this dear couch:)
Holmes found himself in a sandbox bakery, replete with a cake mold, sand batter, stick candle, rock oven, and a happy me to make a wish with him before we blew out the candle!
Swing on! This monkey is starting to progress. Two bars in, aspirations for more.
What a week!
Meryl is at Kindergarten readiness camp this week at her soon to be school! And like wearing the band’s t-shirt to the concert, this overzealous rising Kindergartener had to wear the school’s t-shirt on the first day:) There was no looking back upon checking-in…although, I had to take a few moments of reflection myself! (I may still be reflecting!)
What a COOL wading pool! We headed to Volunteer Park for our first Kindergarten family meet-up and lucked out with it being a wading pool day near the playground. Some Seattle Parks have wading pools that they fill for a few hours on certain summer days and this one was so huge and wonderful! What started as ‘wading’ obviously ended in a plunge, and playing for a couple of hours soaking wet with new friends afterwards wasn’t an issue whatsoever:) Silly parents for thinking otherwise.
This dude gets to rule pre-school for a week:)
Another year around the sun, but this year she gets to kick-off the year with new bathroom towels monogrammed with an “X” for Xanna! Lush in plush!
Let’s just say that we’re not gardeners, but with professional help, we can look the part! The pandemic has brought us closer to urban homesteading and we’re loving the progression:)
The floor continues to be (literally and figuratively) beneath her.
Starting the weekend off successfully with a mess. Gotta give the bottom of the heap some time to shine!
