We all had to see the aftermath of the windstorm in Anchorage (bummer!), but what was even more sensational was Meryl directing Xanna to build structures out of blocks and play with toys at her house! Dinner and a show:)

Happy Halloween! Our block cleared the street for sidewalk trick-or-treating this evening. Gosh it was nice to see everyone, and on a perfect sunny fall day too!

The sun was out and the beach was calling after school today. Great spot to kick off the weekend!

After the beach, Meryl told us about her elaborate dance party plan for the evening, replete with a disco ball of course. Fast forward a minute later in the drive-thru…and she was fast asleep:)

Carbo loading into fall!

Our heater stopped working yesterday! It’s back on now, thanks to weekend tech service:) But with the inside not much different from the outside, we layered up and went on an adventure.
